The 257,000 acre O RO ranch outside of Prescott, Arizona traces its lineage to a 100,000 acre 1800s land grant. In 1973 the original parcel plus an additional 157,000 acres was purchased by the JJJ Corporation. When the patriarch of the JJJ Corporation passed away in 2000, his daughter Jane Irwin Droppa took over the ranch.

Today the O RO is known as one of the most rugged and remote ranches in the United States. One of the few still utilizing cow camps where their cowboys eat from a cook wagon, sleep in teepees, and work cattle in one of the roughest places in the west.
